About the Author

Lorena is a long standing advocate of natural health. Lorena has worked with clients for over three decades, has written courses and taught natural healing techniques to private students. This labour of love has made it possible for many to use natural healing techniques to improve their health and has placed into the hands of every individual the ability to take charge of one’s own health and well being. Some of her achievements include certification in Iridology with Dr. Bernard Jensen, certification in Reflexology through Georgian College of Applied Arts and holds a Donsbach University certificate in Nutrition. In addition, due to a lifelong passion for writing, Lorena attended the Journalism program at Conestoga College in Kitchener Ontario and soon thereafter began publishing a by-monthly newsletter on natural health topics. Her life journey includes having survived colon cancer.
