About the Author

About the Author My name is Cossetta Elizabeth Webb Grobe. I was born in May of 1966. I grew up and currently live in North County, in St. Louis Missouri. I attended McCluer Senior High School and graduated in 1984. I then went to St. Louis community college at Florissant valley. I received an associate’s degree in nursing in 1988. I worked as a staff nurse on an orthopedic floor of DePaul Hospital for fifteen years. I am the widow of Anthony Preston Grobe. We were married almost nineteen years. We have four children: Kelsey 21, Spencer 17, Emily 15, and Gabrielle 14. I am an active parishioner of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church. The inspiration for this book comes from my husband’s faith and strength. He endured so many hurdles in his short life of 41 years. He was always so strong and he gives me the faith and strength to carry on alone.
