About the Book

In "Life´s Critical Moments", the author seeks to illustrate to the reader how the decisions that we make in life each day are ultimately creating and shaping our destiny. The reader will discover that God has a predetermined will for each of our lives for we read in the book of Jeremiah 29:11 " For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." However; the reader will find out that it is through the choices that we make each and every day that ultimately determines if we will reach that expected end that God has planned and prepared for us.

About the Author

Pastor Elvin B. Thompson Sr. served for over 21 years in the United States Army deploying in support of Operations Desert Storm/Desert Shield and Operation Iraqi Freedom, earning the Bronze Star Medal before retiring in 2010. He and his wife Valerie have been married for over 21 years and have three children Ashley, Blake and Tierra. He serves as the Senior Pastor of Riverside Christian Worship Center located in Augusta Georgia. Elvin is the Author of the Blood Running through My Veins, "The Story of the Burns Family from the slave Plantations of Autauga County Alabama until today."
