About the Author

Because of early traumatic experiences I developed most of the problems in this book and spent most of my life in therapy. I took medication but this just took the edge off. So I went in search of relief in self-help books. This book started as notes so I could turn to my book to find good techniques quickly and as a result I went from a life of almost complete misery to one of appreciation and contentment. I’m publishing my book so I and others, with big or small problems can become healthier, happier, and more productive people.
