This book Wake up my brother, Our black woman is lonely tryĺs to tell a story of how our black woman has gotten lost in today society. How the role and image of the black woman has changed in society. She is often left to defend herself without the support of the black man whether she is single or married. This book tries to outline steps to bring both parties together.

About the Author

The author was born in Texas in the early 1960’s from the town of San Antonio. But he was raised by strong married and single black women in the country side of Southeast Texas. There they instilled the values of being a man and how to take care of a black woman and his family the right way. In doing so, he has been happily married for 23 years to a lovely wife and two strong kids.
