SMKlein, always a creative artist with nature as her favorite subject does photography, watercolor paintings and digital art. This book of poetry is her second book. The first book, entitled Wake the Moon, poetry to touch the universe, was coauthored by her and her daughter, Wendi Marina Klein, available in August 2007. The quiet and subdued Midwestern town where this author has lived all of her life is a big part of the inspiration to writing. She enjoys her profession as a Rn and incorporates pieces of everyday life into her poetry. Some of the grounding qualities of a 30-year marriage, joyfully groomed flower gardens and a spiritual connection to God, family and nature make writing an expression of self.
