Bio Charlene Mitchell Gallegos Neely is a longtime Jewish educator in the San Diego, California area. She has served as a teacher, Synagogue Education Director and lecturer in the southern California region. She currently teaches Adult Education, both in the Jewish and non-Jewish community specializing in Jewish history and culture. She the mother of two sons and has four grandchildren.
