About the Book
The Langevin Legacy is a heartwarming memoir of a wonderful life filled with love, fun, and challenges. Inspired to write this book when he sat down with his grandmother 30 years ago, Roger Langevin describes his ancestors’ journeys from Europe through Canada to America and shares stories and nostalgic anecdotes about his relatives, family, and friends. His memoir reflects a happy childhood, much time spent with family, a successful career, and years of community service. Highlights include his experiences as a member of the Pershing Rifl es, as a volunteer with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, and as the all-time winner in the history of the TV quiz show “Beat the Clock”.
