About the Author
Born in Gdynia, Poland in 1978. Received a MS degree in zoology at the University of Gdansk Department of Vertebrate Zoology in 2002 followed by a DVM degree at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. At 23 moved to US and since has lived in St. Kitts, New York City, Stillwater, OK, Las Vegas, NV and San Antonio, TX. Currently lives in Canada with her dog and three cats and continues to work as a veterinarian.
