Kay Jeffrey the author of Woody B Bison has lived in the Susquehanna Valley of Pensylvaina. She and her husband Don have raised bison for the last 20 years. She has 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. The inspiration for this Story was an actual calf born on their ranch The Broken Wheel Bison Ranch. This book is dedicated in Christian love to her husband Don who without him would never have come about. This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
