PJ Pierce, Ph.D. has a unique career background in the academic, business, and non-profit arenas as a professor at Ashland University, trainer/course developer and PR Specialist at NCR Corporation, and President of a not-for-profit Foundation in the Dayton area. She is a member of the Centerville Noon Optimist service group, and while at NCR, her awards include Outstanding Trainer, Great Performer, Bronze Quill award winner for communications, and Award of Design Excellence. With a doctorate in communications and education, Patty consults with the University of Dayton’s Center for Leadership & Executive Development, Eurand Corporation, Lexis Nexis Corporation, Project Management Institute (OMI) chapter, and others.
