About the Book

This book was written for the purpose of presenting the true breakdown of the Black American and Black African-American culture and to bring it to the forefront of the minds of ghetto youth, suburban youth, and those youth wishing they were anything but Black.

About the Author

Mr. Marcus A. Bedford Jr. is a published cartoonist. He has authored a children’s book, has received an associate arts degree in business management, EPA license in heating/air and refrigeration, all while serving a twenty-seven-to-life prison sentence. Mr. Bedford Jr. has tried to change the thinking of some of the young brothers in prison that are open to seeing themselves in a positive matter and not just another ni——r. Marcus communicates with Bible Believers Missionary Baptist Church regularly and is embraced by its members. Marcus has come to truly understand the importance of having an open line of communication with your parents and friends that you can count on to give you the truth.
