Her writings today are the result of those early childhood experiences as well as her career as writer-editor; both of which had a profound effect on keeping her interest in poetry alive. She began jotting down her poems as a means of expressing her concerns about society and the different changes the nation was experiencing. As a result of the encouragement and inspiration she received from her family and associates over the years, she has collected her works and published them. EVERGREEN LEAVES is the outcome.
