About the Author

AUTOBIOGRAPHY Rocío Soncini is a High School student at Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts, in Toronto, Canada. She often combines her passion for visual arts with reading and writing. Her love for reading comes from all those bedtime stories her parents would read for her every night. At a very young age, she also showed her artistic talent whenever a crayon or a paintbrush would fall in her hands. After taking training in manga, perspective and naïve painting in Argentina, she and her family moved to Canada where she pursued her training and art studies. “Honey Bee” mixes Rocío’s creation with elements of Greek mythology, and it displays the talents of this young visual artist.
