About the Book

Children nowadays seem to think only of today, as if nothing will matter tomorrow. Without our guidance, they will not see how their decision of today affects their future. They will not understand nor care anymore! Children must not learn only to listen; but to hear what is being said and to understand that it’s all in their best interest! Parents love their children and want the best for them.
Hopefully this book will show children at a younger age to listen to their parents and by the time they are old enough, they will understand and realize the wisdom a parent holds is very close to their heart!

About the Author

Author, Dave Kurtz, is a 44-year old, single father of a 16-year old son who has been his inspiration in writing this book. He’s been reading this story to him without pictures and now, he decided to publish it in a book. He’s a graduate from Phil-Mont Christian Academy H.S. in 1984 , attended College for Architecture and Psychology at Penn State and Community College of Philadelphia. He quickly developed an interest in Real Estate and acquired his Real Estate license in order to take on a second job, selling houses. He was also certified as a Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. With the time consumed with his son and a full time job, he was unable to continue selling houses at night and discontinued this venture. Currently, he’s a Notary Public for the State of Pennsylvania and for the past 16 years (4 terms) and also a Controller and bookkeeper at a small Engineering firm in Philadelphia for 23 years now. He also own and manages some properties that have been acquired in the past 15 years.
