About the Book

I came to understand that the world of colour represented something and that colours also have deep meaning. Later I wanted an understanding of elemental nature and rocks and I came to understand that we each have to discover ourselves, or rather our self: our true Self. For some, this knowledge comes after a mystical experience or Dark night of the Soul, but always from within. I choose to believe in Fairies. For those of you who do not want to walk this path (believe in Fairies) you can for example follow a different spiritual path. There are other beliefs, their rights and laws are similar, but you must have an aspiration to a higher power, follow, and listen to someone or something your inner Spirit. You can choose to follow or listen to the way of God, Jesus Christ, Buddha, Wicca, science, your conscience for example. Who do you connect with when you close your eyes at night? Most of all follow your heart. When your heart is open everything has meaning. Spirituality is about maintaining balance and harmony in society and your individual connection with the essences of nature. I would find rocks on my nature walks while my Fairy friends talk. The more time I spent in nature and with my rocks and Fairy friends, my love for them grew, it was a pleasure full experience that enhanced all of my senses. When you use all your senses to connect with your Self within or a Fairy Rock Spirit, you can gain an understanding, which can only be achieved with love. On my quest for answers I was like a child and asked a zillion questions, but I had to learn patience and listen for the answers. When my questions were answered I wrote them down. I usually leaned toward the answers that were the most simplest and interesting, but most of all, the most fun. Once the ball started rolling, the ideas, questions and answers kept rolling faster and faster. These answers were written in journals, scrap pieces of paper that amassed and evolved into this book, Reference cards and Divination cards. This book is for those who want to explore the here and now, to experience the present, to become aware of your feelings and to experience a more intimate contact with nature’s elementals. I would also like to introduce you to my Fairy Rock Spirits and I hope one finds you, follows you home and that you never quite look at a rock the same way again. I hope you have as much fun reading this book as I had writing it. This book is ideal for those who are spiritual challenged or those who suffer with dis-ease. In your quest to find your inner spirit and to awaken your spirit within, remember that you must have solitude. You will need peace, quiet and you must be silent and listen to hear your inner voice. This is a must to renew your spirit.
