About the Book

Bases of radiology (a structure and disintegration of atom, formation of radioactive beams, methods of definition, and an estimation of their characteristics) are presented in this book. For the first time in a complex also features of radiating influence on the person from all known sources (natural radiation, diagnostics and treatment, some manufactures, atomic power stations, nuclear and hydrogen bombs, “dirty bomb,” radiating waste) are multilaterally shined.
