About the Author

Corinne Brumbaugh, writer, speaker, teacher. She was a copywriter in several major advertising agencies. She also wrote travel articles and short stories. In her earlier years, she studied voice in Chicago and New York and dramatics with Lee Strasberg, founder of the Actors' Studio. She is a former fashion show runway model and did fashion show commentary in New York. She has a BA in Communications from Roosevelt University and a MA in English from Northwestern University, Evanston. She, for eight years, taught at the University of Chicago and wrote a brief booklet on "Enhancing Vocal Energy." For three years she was First Reader in a downtown Chicago church.
