Daisy lay back in the grass and opened her eyes, Looking up at the stars just before the sunrise. “What is the universe?” she asked of her friend. “Where does it start and where does it end?” So ponders the curious mind of a young girl named Daisy as she seeks an answer to one of the most meaningful questions of all time. Her bold and profound question takes her on an adventure across town to visit the greedy Ms. Pennymiser, proud professor Dr. Graymatter and a host of memorable characters. Along the way, she uncovers that all the grown ups can talk about is their own selfish interests. Never quite getting a straight answer out of any of them. In the end, her father explains that we are all part of the universe and the true answer to what it means can only come from inside. Daisy then understands how simple it really is, as only a kid can.
