About the Book

I am so thrilled, so ultimately thankful to fi nally get my poems published. I do believe that I have a gift in poetry and should I not explore the gift, it would be a disservice to mankind. I feel when the Lord shows one insight through poetry, it is meant to be shared. Perhaps, it will help one with a problem or provide an answer to one. Some of my poems will simply make one laugh or just brighten one’s day. Other poems will show that spiritual side, which will allow one to feel that biblical side of poetry. There will be others that show a comical side, which will definitely leave you with a smile on your face. Still, others were written as a personal note. Whatever you might gain from the reading of my book is certainly meant to be of a positive note. On last year I experienced a tornado which made me truly realize what the phrase “Here this minute, gone the next” actually means. If only one thing is remembered from the reading of my poetry, let it be, to live life to its’ fullest while you still have that chance!!
