About the Author

R.W.Scott resides in Bacolod City, Philippines.. He was born in Maysville, Kentucky and spent his school years in Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida. He was a Licensed Mental Health Therapists and practiced in Deland and Daytona Beach areas of FLorida. He is a graduate of Shawnee State College, Portsmouth, Ohio, Morehead State University, Morehead, Kentucky, and Troy University, Troy Alabama and has been awarded the degrees of AS, BSW, MS. in social work, counseling and psychology. Mr. Scott has been an adjunct professor of psychology, has also had a private counseling practice. He served honorably in the United States Army and is a Viet Nam era veteran., and a Kentucky Colonial.
