I had great pleasure in writing this cookbook, almost as much joy that I get from cooking. I learned a lot from my Mother and Grandmothers, adding a few touches of my own. I hope you get as much pleasure as I did in preparing some of these meals for your families. I also incorporated my inspirational poems that have help me through some rough times.
