About the Book
This book is poetry and short stories. I want to let people in about Traumatic Brain Injury, also known as "TBI". I want to share my life and let everyone with any kind of injury know that you can do anything as long as you set your mind to it. The Bible teaches, God won’t give man more than we can handle. Knowing this. I am flattered.
About the Author
Fifteen years ago my life changed, and for most people it would have changed for the worst, but mine has changed in a way that lets me help others who have the same injury as mine. My name is John "Darrell" Tindall. Writing works as therapy got me through some rough times. I feel that growing up was one life. The TBI was the birth of another. Sometimes I wonder if, when my mother was driving me to the baseball game that was the end of my life. I fell asleep and I feel like I’m still dreaming. Heaven will be waking up, and finishing driving to my baseball game. I need to give a thank you to my first grade teacher. She taught me how to type in the computer lab, type stories, and have fun with my imagination. Thank you, Sally Hammack. I would also like to give a shout out to Dillon Tindall, my brother. He's over in Africa with the Peace Corps making his big brother proud!
