Many Americans express their desires to obtain a piece of what is called the American dream. They also said that the fundamentals of that dream contain the basic essentials of a foundation established by immigrants who are said to be the founders of this country. Over the years of my life, I have seen and learned that the sadistic events that happen daily throughout our society are a replica of the same immoral and shameful acts that were committed by many immigrants against mankind. Yet the writers of American history neglect to accent these dreadful deeds, avoiding the real truth of what actually happened. They highly emphasize victorious events of what is said that their forefathers accomplished— colonizing a conquered land, victimizing its natives, and denying the rights of human beings to be free. And still, they are glorifi ed. Of course, these events, as well as all events related in American history, should be truthfully revealed. Nothing should be hidden. The hurtful things that were done to others by the forefathers along the paths of their journey will surely come back to their descendents tenfold before the end. The tragedies that we suffer in our lives today are not merely by chance, but by the will of him who holds all of us in the palm of his hand. And by his will, we will all pay for the sins of our fathers.
