Myla and Elli

About the Book

This is a story of two sisters, Myla and Elli. They were sisters that had a very close bond. Myla was the oldest and Elli was the littlest. Myla took care of Elli, she had to raise her because their Mother fell ill one long winter and remained too ill to take care of Elli on her own. Their Father was called off to war and could not return. Myla and Elli only had each other. There came a day when Myla had to leave. She promised Elli she would be back one day and when she returned Elli and Myla would be able to live in a house all their own, one much nicer than they had ever known. Until then, Elli would stay with friends of their Parents and wait for Myla to come home.
