About the Author

May Markoff was born in Cote De Neige, Montreal, Canada, in 1955. In 1981 she graduated from the Fairleigh Dickinson University Bachelor of Science Nursing Program in Rutherford NJ. She works with her husband Michael in the practice he founded in 1987, The Randolph Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, in Randolph NJ where their three boys were raised. The memory of May’s mother, Ghitta Opolsky (nee Dorfmann), inspired her to create D-e-l-i-s-h; she cooked with hugs and kisses and the legacy of unconditional love, encouragement and raising the bar.
