About the Book

Book description: Have you ever watched the sun set and been taken by its magnificence? Or closely studied a small, common flower and marveled at the detail? Have you ever sat and thought about the goodness of God, and been amazed? This is a collection of original Christian poems written to express faith in the Lord. They were inspired by reflections on nature, and on the goodness and faithfulness of God in the circumstances of life. Some were penned for special occasions, but all are the overflow of a heart touched by the love of God.

About the Author

Marissa Aure, the oldest of nine children, possess an amazing ability to creatively express herself with her hands, words, and music. She can turn the simplest materials into the loveliest items of beauty and function, which often have a thought-provoking verse or poem attatched or built in. While having a servant's heart for the Lord, she also has an unusual gift for writing moving Christian songs. She plays the piano beautifully, and also enjoys photography, sewing, and gardening. Striving to do her best in all that she does, Marissa truly wants to serve the Lord and desires that through her life, God would be glorified.
