About the Book

About my book. Within these folds is the true story of PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I began with a belief that I was not prejudice in my quest to find answers. I wanted a definite answer to the title of my book. Personally I believe PTSD is injurious to veterans in that it is a label meaning crazy. I have studied and researched to find an answer and I believe I have arrived at an actual conclusion, which is, if you want it, you have it and if you do not want it you do not have it. Scientifically I am correct. Medically, I am correct. But through it all there is something wrong and I have found out what that something is but you have to read this book to learn what it is that I have found. I have engaged my investigative experiences to uncover a hidden secret and between the covers of this book lies that secret.

About the Author

Ronald Christopher, born in Everett, Pa in 1938 was raised in Cypher, PA. He began his schooling at the Everett Elementary School and then at the Robert P. Smith School when his family moved to Cypher. Upon graduating from High School, he enlisted in the US Army. That became his career. One of his dreams was to be an Army Ranger and he accomplished that in 1965 and then received orders for Vietnam in 1966. After his tour of combat as a Ranger, being in A Troop, 9th Cavalry recon and forming the 1st Cavalry Division Long Range Recon Patrol, he returned stateside and was asked to be a member of the US Army Counterintelligence Corp. He retired in December 1978. Since then he wrote several books. While writing those he wrote this one about his grandmother whom he has always held dear to his heart.
