About the Book
Welcome to the nest of the Eagle family, where patience, compassion, and acceptance encourages the growth of difference between family members. In our society, difference is not always tolerated, often becoming the source of ridicule and bullying. “When Eagles Fly” is a simple story about three eaglets being taught the fundamentals of flying, which is what eagles do best. Pip-squeak, the youngest, finds this a daunting stage of his development, but he is surrounded by a loving and encouraging family who enable him to launch forth and find his place in the world.
