About the Author
Ana Maria Rollins is an accomplished artist, ekphrasis poet, and classical pianist. She has exhibited her paintings throughout the East Coast, and her paintings reside with patrons and clients in the United States and Canada. She has received competitive awards in diverse media. Ana Maria attended the University of Chicago, Parson’s School of Design, and the Julliard School of Music and Arts. She is a member of the Scriabin and Lechitesky Piano Societies of Manhattan, New York. In 2009, she was recognized by Cambridge’s Who’s Who, as the Connecticut representative. In 2010, she received the National and International VIP award for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in all aspects of business management. The National Association of Professional Women recognizes Ana Maria’s artistic contributions, dedication, and excellence within her profession. She has been chosen as the Connecticut representative, as well as recipient of the 2011 and 2012 Woman of the Year award.
