About the Book

This book contains various short stories and poems that Isaac has written since his freshman year in high school. They range from a tale of a young man’s exile from his home town and his selfless act of redemption to a warrior’s love and devotion for a beautiful woman who has been beaten down by the world.

About the Author

Isaac Wiersma was born April 30, 1994, in the town of Fountain Valley, California. Three months later after he was born, his family moved to Forest Lake, Minnesota, and lived there for thirteen years. At the age of thirteen, his family then moved to Pacific, Missouri, where he currently resides. At the age of eighteen, he enlisted in the Army National Guard and shipped to train in the summer of his nineteenth year. He now is currently studying to be a mechanical engineer at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where he hopes to graduates with a master’s degree and commission as a second lieutenant in the army.
