About the Book

I have struggled for many years with my faith in God and learned what in my opinion ultimate love is. We spend so much time in our life’s trying to find love not really realizing that it has been in our lives from day one. At 17 years of age I became a mother and my life was changed forever. My children are my every emotion. They are the best part of me.

My name Shantell Parson. I was born and raised in New Jersey. I have been writing poetry for over 20 years. My poetry to me is more than just words; it is the deepest emotions that come from my heart the very person I am. I enjoy my children and the love of my life. I am truly blessed by God.
