The Centered Woman was written with you in mind. Whether you are married, divorced, widowed or single, this book is intentionally designed for you. As we take this journey together through the pages of each chapter, my prayer is that you will discover how to juggle life as a wife, mother, CEO, caregiver and friend. My goal is that you will learn how to live in high pursuit of your purpose and yet have peace and tranquility. Even with all of your responsibilities you can still be focused, beautiful and happy.

About the Author

Crystal Smith is a sought after speaker, preacher and worship leader. She is an Associate Minister and the Historic Tabernacle Baptist Church in Augusta, GA under the leadership of Senior Pastor/Teacher Rev. Dr. Charles E. Goodman Jr. Her Passion is to inspire others to discover and walk in their purpose. She frequently speaks at women’s conferences and has made several appearances on television broadcasts such as ‘Mom’s Everyday”. Her very own weekly television segment “Getting Fit with Crystal”, has motivated thousands of people to live a healthier lifestyle. She wrote and produced her first worship CD titled “Be Still” which is designed to usher you into the presence of the Lord. Crystal has two handsome and intelligent sons, Eric and Sean.
