About the Author

Born in Craiova, Romania, Georgeta Dumitrescu is the only child of a photographer and a tailor. Georgeta graduated University of mechanics in her native city, and she had worked at National Railways in her mother country as a mechanical engineer. After a nine years of an unsuccessful marriage with two children, and a very difficult divorce, Georgeta left Romania and moved in London. Here she worked in different places, like restaurants, supermarket as a store assistant, hotels and private houses as a housekeeper. In 2013 Georgeta started up a new maintenance company and she works there as manager.
