•
Know your sales type

And understanding others profiles is good for adding a little spin from a style you are not use to performing. There are literally hundreds on line so try a google search.
• Watch you tube clips
You tube clips are excellent for picking things up and seeing how sales are done properly - type Sales Training into your you tube search take a look, and even get a little inspired.
Another great way to gain new idea and experience is to go out with one of your fellow representatives, most of the time people will be happy to lend a hand and show you what they are doing to become so successful with their work.
Just observe the sale and try it for yourself next time you are selling to a client. Asking questions has always been a stand out quality of a successful representative weather that be of the product
or sales techniques.
There is no point beating yourself up over something that trips a sale if you can determine what went wrong. If you can see what happened during the sales “and customers speak quite clearly a lot of the time” you will know where you went wrong, and that is one of the biggest leaps in your learning you can make day in and day out.
