About the Book

The depth of my life’s diary, being trapped in bondage for thirty-six years with no way out because of my experience with the afflictions of ailments, single parenting, triumphs, and deceit, has generated an exceptional gift of writing through God’s favor. My writing is now my voice and touches all who have also experienced similar adversities. As I write my way to peace of mind, my pain and transgressions have blessed someone every day. My silence has been broken; let me come and walk alongside you as I reveal the reality of my life’s journey!

About the Author

I have been writing poetry since I was seven years old. I have a passion for spoken word, mentoring, and public speaking. Despite the pain that life has caused me thus far; my destiny still rest beneath my feet. My desire is to fulfill the Lord’s purpose for my life through my gift of writing. Although I would’ve been considered orphaned in the eyes of many, the Lord has blessed me with a village of woman to keep me; Gwendolyn King, Irene Boston, Robbie Riles, Ramona Benford, Ka’Ron Murrell, Emma “Jeano” Ford, Wendy Mooring, Rita Gayle, and Janice Carter.
