About the Book
When parents say no, it’s not a rejection, it’s a redirection. We as parents are the number 1 caregivers. It is our job to guide and lead our children throughout their lives, and sometimes, that means telling them no. No is a powerful word that we need to not only make our children aware of but also empower them with.
About the Author
Well first of all I serve God, He is my savior and I cannot do anything without his divine love. I'm a father of 5 children, and recently remarried. I live in California. I am a preschool teacher for Idk how many now. Too many to count, lol. I currently have my BA in child development from FPU and working on my masters. I love Art and originally that was going to be my career of choice. I really wanted as a high school student to draw a spider man comic book, but life takes you in different directions and here I am. This book is not just about my daughter, but its really about me as well. The struggles and the insults about being different as a child is tough. You know the old saying, " Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." That's not true.
