Cooking has always been my passion. I felt led to write this book to give my audience “a taste of sadi “ How I was raised. Northern California comfort food I grew up on. Recipes from my grandmother Lula Hudson to my mother Jackie Fields to me, I’m a product of my mother. Every woman can cook, just get into your roots of your family Recipes or by just simply Purchasing a cooking book and follow directions be patient and put your heart into it. Your love ones will be able to experience your love and passion through your cooking. You got to have a vision before and while cooking. A vision without a plan is just hallucination.
