From Darkness to Light and from Light to Darkness, a two sided book of poetry and drawings that will bring you through dark times of separation and then a flip to the book and light poetic healings to overcome the darkness. Please read with care and in a safe environment. These poems were written while I was going through divorce, the betrayal I discovered, and my healing process.

About the Author

Alexandra Rae's life took new direction with the separation of her family, loss of friends, and a deep betrayal that only her words in poetry and her drawings helped her to overcome. Darkness Consumes Light Empowers, is a book of three years of dealing with the grief and sadness, and the healing truths that came to light as she dealt with the pain of losing her husband and seeing her daughter full time. Life Coaching classes and mediation seminars helped her bring back to light who she was all along and got lost in a swirl of abusive events. This book is a break through of finding new direction in her life. She relied on her faith to overcome the darkest of times and also bring forth her true identity and creative power that had been hid for so many years. Finding herself more and more in the true light she knows we all can be.
