About the Author

Pastor Keith Carter is founder of Grace Fellowship Community Church (GFCC). 

He started his ministry at Galilee Baptist Church. He moved on to Pastor Abundant Life Christian Center in Louisville, Kentucky at the age of twenty-two. From there he went on to Minister at Church of the Living God where he served as teacher of Bible Studies which lead to his Field Ministry. He traveled various churches and taught the word of God to many congregations throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Florida and Tennessee. Following this he was called to serve as the first Pastor of Resurrection Morning Church in Georgetown, Indiana. His love for field ministry did not cease, it was during this time that he was afforded the opportunity to travel to Dominican Republic to preach the gospel. Upon returning from this mission Pastor Carter returned to start St. Mary's Missionary Church (SMMC) in New Albany, IN. During his tenure with SMMC he has traveled to Peru where he performed great miracles. He continues to support a minister in Peru providing monthly funds which has lead to better transportation through the jungles of Peru to more quickly spread the Gospel. He served the congregation at St. Mary Missionary Church for over twelve years. As of 2014, he has lead the congregation to our new campus located at 826 Meigs Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN which is newly named as Grace Fellowship Community Church.
