About the Book
I AM ME is a children’s book that aims to provide a strong sense of identity for the young reader (target age 3 – 6 year olds).
The book itself follows the journey of a young kiwi named “KIWI” as he journeys through New Zealand (Aotearoa).
The metaphoric journey through the landscape of New Zealand and meeting the different characters in the stories reminds the reader that some people may look different to you, may also be more talented than you, but one thing should remind.
YOU ARE SPECIAL – YOU ARE YOU
There is no one like you and you should be proud in who you are.
As New Zealanders and Kiwis, we should not compare, but be proud of who we are and where we come from.
I AM ME!
