SHIRLEY XIA is constantly seeking to expand her knowledge. Soon after coming to New Zealand, Shirley found a rich environment for the study of the arts at the University of Auckland. Since then Shirley has taken to writing like a sea-gull to air, producing film scripts and young adult fiction. She is especially enthusiastic about science fiction and fantasy genres.
