A Little Bit of Country

About the Book

This book is written from my experiences living and working with people in the country. I have enjoyed my time working and living in the country and I hope to have many more experiences to write about.I hope you will enjoy a taste of country life and that it will give you some idea of the challenges country people face every day. I have also included some funny stories told to me by some of the wonderful people I have met. I hope you enjoy it.

About the Author

My name is Catherine Leitch and I grew up as a Doctors daughter in the South Australian Town of Victor Harbor. I left school at 15 as I was not fond of it and went to work on a pony stud. I have worked on many horse studs, dairy farms, broad acre farms and also a station in the Northen Territory. So I have had alot of experience of life in the country. I got married at 22 and had my first child at 24 and my second at 27 unfortunatly my marriage did not last and I left my husband in 1994.That is when I began to have my many experiences with that I write about.
