About the Book

This book summarizes the rise and fall of depression through its stages. It tracks my recurring mental illness through the struggles in the dark to brightening in a world where the mental illness millstone is momentarily lifted.

About the Author

Jennifer grew up in Victoria, Australia. At 20 she joined the Army Reserve where she served 9 years in the transport corps. During this time she studied Business Management. After discharge form the Army Jennifer started to use her skills in many roles where finally she found her way into the Secondary School education system, but due to recurring depression she had to retire, which gave her time to sit down and write her 1st book.
