Grandmother’s are like beautiful hand-made quilts. They have many warm and wonderful qualities that make them the kind and loving Grandma’s we adore. Hot chocolates with Grandma are delicious. Playing dress-ups with Grandma is always fun. And reading books together makes for a delightful treat. But there is nothing in the world quite like Grandma’s hugs.

About the Author

Hayley Sunnex was born on the Gold Coast, Australia and lives with her husband in sunny Queensland. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys the company of her own dear Grandmother, whose love and warmth inspired her with this story. Painting, writing, cooking and yoga are among her other interests. She draws strength and courage from her loving family, from the promise of each new day and from knowing that ‘if you can dream it, you can do it’.
