This is the second book I have penned.'It is an inspirtional book on the inner-path of yoga and how aromatherapy can give aid in the procces of, drawing all of yourself back into yourself. The first one is called ‘Afternoon tea with Sensei’. It holds within it some of his universally teachings. I was just his pencil and he held the rubber.It is an inspirational book, full of the teaching of a Yogi in a track-suit.
