About the Book

My book is dedicated to my Family, to my school The Godophin and Latymer where I learnt the values of JUSTICE and Truth, which have sustained me through life, to Fr. Slavko Barbaric whose dedicated life was and is an inspiration to many thousands of pilgrims

About the Author

The author was born in Nottinghill ,London in 1928 and is an account of her life through, childhood, wartime (1939-1946 War) experiences, including evacuation and two homes demolished , marriage 1952 and the birth of 3 sons and one daughter, a breakdown following childbirth in 1958, on recovery in 1966 joined the Civil Service and worked in Wormwood Scrubs Prison for 6 years, then the Old Bailey for a year and went on promotion to HM Custom@Excise. On retirement in 1988 assisted her local RC Church and visited annually Lourdes and Medjugorje. Now disabled, spends her time writing.
