About the Book

Ashes to Ashes and Dust to Dust is a twister which with a little imagination can give an insight into our world.

The Eyes of a Child tells a story of a child growing up. It is unique in that it is the story from a child’s perspective.

About the Author

Patricia Ann Wedeking was born in Illinois, U.S.A., and attended the Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville where she studied education.

She then moved to Denver Colorado, U.S.A. where she worked in management and later on with handicapped people. She also jobbed in an antique store as she made her degree in accounting.

Later, she moved on to Sacramento California, U.S.A. where she worked as a manager of a check cashing store for quite a few years.

In 1991 she moved to Switzerland where she completed a higher level of the German language and also achieved a teaching degree for adults (SVEB). She taught English to teenagers and adults, which completely fulfilled her until she reached her retirement.

For the past 20 years she wrote poems and short stories. She had one daughter and lived with her partner in Switzerland.

Unfortunately, Patricia Wedeking passed away in October 2012 and was never able to see the publishing of her first book. She will always be in loving remembrance to those who knew her.
