In supplication, praises are said to human nature that endure as it concerns unforeseen circumstance, adapting to situation of things, hope not being lost, and perseverance through difficult period in the life of a group people and individuals. Tributes and adoration of living and non- living things, here appreciation for nature and the beauty of the environment and the world around us is charmed during this period of climate change and global warming and the need to value the planet earth we live in. It also adore mans courage and relationship between mankind as it concerns instinct and affection. Romantic and love poems, what is love? How do we define it? Can it be defined or is it better expressed. What is this thing called love are we still trying to define and understand how to diffuse into what is the true meaning of love and its dilemma. Biblical Allusion, a special theme as it concerns past life experience of the happening of events, teachings about life and words that touch humanity until this present time and how it shapes mans relation to his creator. Untitled, a puzzle of abstract, appears as the theme with a focal point not given a title in terms of expressing ones feeling, but readers are at liberty to relate with it whichever way they can, the poems can neither be here nor there, they only play a crucial role as it is necessary to keep readers guessing or for them to interpret it the way an manner they want to understand it. Traditional the lass chapter deals with Africa pastoral setting, traditional African way of life and the village background, Africa in context, ceremony and customs, and an African out look towards life and issues that border on culture, thinking and perception of the happenings and events around him, and a mention on natural disaster from other continents and countries which is not experienced here in Africa that we Africans share their pain and grief, that is those people whose life were affected and touched when such unforeseen incidents happen in continents mostly in Asia and the Americas,( USA, Japan, Haiti, Mexico and other disaster prone places in the world). There is a great deal of fine poems, which are very simple to understand, it can be taken in with a cursory or single reading, only the untitled is left for readers to depict its meaning and give it their own personal title. The poems are written in free style verse, not following any known stanza. There accessibility is not made difficult as in most case it usually needs to be for critics, and with images for illustration, it appears as a modern 21st century poems. The Digest of Poems is also prepared as an aid to a good understanding and enjoyment of poetry, to those who think poetry is difficult to comprehend.
