About the Book

Dr. Zachary Spencers life had been as normal as any Psychologist specializing in hypnosis could have been.  There had been times, of course, because of his specialty, strange things had happened in his office, but nothing like what was to occur when his office door opened one day, and the first of five very special patients entered.  From that day on, his life became an endless nightmare.  One after the other came for treatment, and weird events would flow constantly from within and out his office.  Upon investigating each of their family backgrounds listed on his specially worded questionnaire, each patient disappears in turn without a trace.  With each departure and entrance of the next one, he senses some kind of a physical and emotional connection between them, and much to his consternation, even to himself   The police finally become involved, but are no more successful than he is at solving the ongoing problem.  Spencer is eventually accused and convicted of the murder of the first four of them.  The end of the story has an unusual twist, and will titillate the senses of those who enjoy mystery and the realm of the paranormal.

About the Author

I.S. Wordes has been a successful Hypnotherapist and lecturer for over twenty-five years. After retiring about ten years ago, he began to feel what appeared to be a compulsive desire to write, and so out came poetry, screenplays, and plays. He has also just recently completed his first novel, “At The Count Of Five”, in which he uses his expertise in his former profession to great advantage.
